    • Deductibles and co-pays
    • Out-of-network treatment
    • Rehabilitation
    • Child care
  • Family-friendly plan automatically includes children and the option to choose spouse coverage. Employers can choose to include coverage for critical illnesses, cancer or both. Examples of covered critical illnesses include:
    • Heart attack
    • Stroke
    • Major organ failure
    • End-stage renal (kidney) failure
    • Coronary artery disease

New benefits include: Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Occupational PTSD, Pulmonary Embolism, Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant, Addison’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Lupus, Muscular Dystrophy, Myasthenia Gravis, Systemic Sclerosis (Scleroderma), Hospital Admission due to complications of pregnancy (mom and child), Additional Cancer benefits (up to 100% of base), Building benefit (increases the value of your coverage the longer the coverage is in place) and Health Habits benefit. New Childhood conditions include: Type 1 Diabetes, Sickle Cell Anemia, Congenital Heart Disease.
