The quickest way to request a leave of absence (maternity, bonding or caregiver leave, for example) is to log in to your account on our easy online system.

Your employer will decide when and how employees can enroll in Unum benefits. Reach out to your HR representative at work to learn more.

Register online through our secure website. After you've registered, you can file and manage all your claims and leave requests there, or on your mobile device.
If you receive premium statements directly from Unum, paying your bill is simple. Visit pay.unum.com to securely pay your bill. Eligible customers can also create an account and enroll in automatic payments to ensure you never experience a lapse in coverage. For questions about payroll deductions, please speak with your human resources department or plan administrator.
While many of our policies are eligible for online payments, not all are – and you may have some that are eligible and others that are not. Take a look at each premium statement you receive and see if it says “PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE” in the top right corner, directly under the Unum logo. If it does, go to pay.unum.com to get started!
